HOW THIS RESOURCE HELPS YOU AND YOUR STUDENTS
- Students practice responding to social situations they actually face at school, with friends, and at home.
- The reflection questions and response sheets ask students to explain their thinking, which gives you insight into how each student approaches a problem.
- The anchor charts and teacher background notes give you shared vocabulary to use with students during class discussions and conversations about behavior.
- The scenario cards work for morning meetings, small group lessons, school counselor lessons, and individual reflection.
Looking for full units on these topics? The SEL Morning Meeting Units include lesson plans, student journals, bulletin boards, and activities, and each unit includes the scenario cards for its topic.
