The Managing Emotions and Positive Coping Strategies Scenario Cards help 3rd through 6th grade students practice handling stress, frustration, and other strong emotions in healthy ways. Students look at relatable emotional situations, choose coping strategies, and reflect on how different choices change the outcome.
The resource includes two sets of 32 scenario cards, so students first identify coping strategies in action and then practice choosing and role playing their own.
