HOW IT WORKS
Students begin their word study sequence with a "blind" word search — no word list included. As they search and find 2–3 words, the spelling pattern or word concept for the word list begins to emerge, helping students recognize other words in the sort on their own. This routine builds the pattern recognition and correct spelling awareness that are foundational to spelling improvement.
