Celebrate Valentine's Day in a meaningful and creative way with this Valentine Personalities Vocabulary & Writing Project! Students build vocabulary and critical thinking skills while exploring character traits connected to kindness, compassion, and the themes of Valentine's Day — then bring those traits to life through creative writing.
This resource is also included in the Holiday Creative Writing Projects and Vocabulary Activities Bundle.
HOW IT WORKS
Students engage in deep vocabulary study using synonym and antonym analysis, Frayer Model activities, and additional graphic organizers. After thoroughly exploring a chosen personality trait, students write a creative piece — story, poem, blog post, narrative, or more — about a Valentine or heart who embodies that trait.
