Since I want students to see that they can really start from any entry point that makes sense, I did not always use the largest initial number that is possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI also created cards with and without the first partial quotient given to the student to provide you with another way to challenge and differentiate your students' practice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOf course, computation and multiplication fact errors occur regularly as students are learning to divide. To combat this issue, students can check their quotients using multiplication.
